Our Beef, Pork, & Turkey Jerky is priced at $38.94/lb. All of our Buffalo Jerky is priced at $40.96/lb. All orders will be shipped anywhere in Alberta via Canada Post. Shipping will be calculated on checkout. All orders can be packaged in one pound or half-pound packages and are vacuum sealed to ensure freshness.
After ordering your jerky will arrive at your door within 5-10 working days!

Hamel’s is a family-owned business and was founded by Gaston Hamel. We have been operating in Cold Lake, Alberta, Canada since 1962. We specialize in jerky, shipping it throughout Canada.
We are the most popular jerky vendor in the Canadian Air Force and Military community.
Hamel’s has always been recognized as a friendly, organized, and easy-going environment for both customers and staff.
Hamel Meats (2015) Ltd is run by Gaston’s two sons Greg and Robert Hamel.
Alberta Jerky In Space!
Canadian Astronaut Julie Payette (now Governor General) takes Alberta Jerky to the International Space Station.
Hamel’s Jerky is most famous for having been sent to space aboard the space shuttle Endeavour with Julie Payette (now Governor General of Canada).
Two-and-a-half pounds of Hamel’s Meats sweet and spicy jerky travelled aboard shuttle Endeavour mission STS-127. The jerky went to the international Space Station as part of a project that had all five international partners introduce authentic yet space-friendly food from other countries. The partners include Canada, the United States, Russia, Japan and the European Space Agency.
